O God, You created all people in Your image. We thank You for the astonishing and rich variety of cultures and peoples in our country. We thank you for the gift of democracy. Enable us to make right decisions in choosing our leaders, in setting our priorities so that we all reap the fruit of democracy in peace and harmony, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.
